1. What are your delivery timings?

We currently have one delivery timing only. More delivery timing will be introduce soon!

Tuesdays and Fridays
10am - 7pm.

 

2. Why can’t you delivery other days? You previously delivered Mon - Fri.


Due to the current season we wanted to reduce the risk of our drivers being on the road so have decided reduce our deliveries. Thank you for understanding and supporting.

 

3. How much is the minimum order?

Minimum order is $30

 

4. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery for orders between $30 - $50 is $7 island wide and orders above $50 is delivery free.

 

5. What happens if I am not home to collect my order?

We advise strongly against this. If there is no one to receive your order upon delivery, your order will not be left outside the door as our items are fresh. If we are able to organise a redelivery, a redelivery fee will be applied and if not your order will be forfeited.

Please be available, or have someone available, to receive your order. 
Any personal arrangements (e.g. leaving the package with security or concierge, placing parcel in a cupboard or behind a gate) with your delivery personnel will not be allowed as there will be no way to determine if your items will be kept fresh.

 

6. Something doesn't look right with my order. What should I do?

We make every effort to ensure your order is prepared and packed correctly. However in the unlikeliest of events, a mistake has been made, do contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to make all necessary arrangements to rectify the mistake made. Contact us at uncle@wetmarket.sg or use our contact page.

 

7. Why wasn’t my whole order fulfilled?



We deliver your items from the Wetmarket on the morning of your delivery so every item is fresh. Sometimes not everything is in stock on the morning of your delivery. If that is the case we will refund you the amount owing to you.
